I have tried the support number, twice I was asked to upload one the documents so that they could look it over & call me the next day, I never got a call & when I called them back I would get a different guy and have to start all over. We were last using version 9 when we started having problems printing, our IT guy upgraded us to X. I have had to create them in small sections to keep from losing them completely, this is ok for printing but often we are required to put these on CD as "one" pdf. The final manual is usually 1,200 to 2,300 pages long. I have a file with a pdf for each component that we use.
